MALLOCH CONSULTING SERVICES is a management consulting practice established in 2000 and based in Whitehorse, Yukon. Principal P.I. (Mal) Malloch brings to his engagements over 40 years’ experience including over 15 years’ consulting experience and almost 30 years’ experience in Yukon settings. The focus of his practice includes projects in General research, Program evaluation studies, Strategic planning, Organizational development, Human resource management, All forms of process facilitation Mal has extensive experience as a facilitator and trainer. He has worked with numerous boards of directors on such things strategic planning and various aspects of board development. As well, he has trained directors in conducting effective meetings, program evaluation, policy development and other topics. He has personally served on many boards and has chaired half a dozen or so.

Travis Armour (Master’s Degree, Economics, Queen’s University) StrategyNorth is a professional team of consultants – based in Whitehorse and Yellowknife – with over 100 years of combined experience working with leadership of not-for-profits, and federal, territorial and First Nation governments in the Yukon and Northwest Territories.
