Rebecca has 28 years experience working in the North. She has been an Instructor, Family Educator, Early Childhood Specialist, and owner of Rainbow’s End Consulting for 22 years. She has completed contracts for a wide variety of organizations and government departments. Rebecca has expertise in instructing workshops, program/agency evaluations, curriculum development, program coordination, event planning, volunteer recruitment/coordination, feasibility studies, application writing, and research projects. In addition to a strong work ethic, her deliverables are always on time and of a high standard. Rebecca has travelled to 12 Yukon communities and has an excellent understanding of health and social issues relevant to Yukon people.
