Help us organize and host a small event Beyond Borders Youth Network Holiday Celebration happening on December 22 from 5 PM to 9 PM! We need volunteers who can:
Plan Activities: Brainstorm and prepare fun holiday-themed activities to engage attendees.
Host: Assist with event setup, and ensure smooth operations during the celebration.
Invite People: Spread the word to the community and encourage participation.
Community Animation: Create a lively and welcoming atmosphere to foster connection and fun.
We’re looking to start planning immediately, so your support will be instrumental in making this celebration special!
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a love for teamwork
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in event planning (a bonus but not required)
A passion for building community
As a volunteer for the BBYN Holiday Celebration, your responsibilities may include:
Planning and Preparation:
Collaborating with the team to design and organize activities.
Helping coordinate logistics (e.g., venue setup, materials, and supplies).
Assisting with promotional efforts to spread the word about the event.
Hosting and Event Support:
Setting up the venue before the event starts (decorations, seating, etc.).
Welcoming guests, answering questions, and helping them feel comfortable.
Supporting activity stations (e.g., games, crafts, food distribution).
Community Engagement:
Creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere for all attendees.
Encouraging guests to participate in activities and mingle.
Post-Event Wrap-Up:
Assisting with cleanup and packing up event materials.
Providing feedback for future BBYN events.
Your role is flexible and can be tailored to your skills and interests. Whether you’re great at planning, hosting, or simply spreading good vibes, we’d love to have you on board!
