Cyanide in the Water Security Volunteer (expired)

Task Description

On August 24th, 2024, Little Salmon Carmacks First Nation will be hosting the Cyanide in the Water Concert, with headliners Snotty Nose Rez Kids and Love and a .38. In order to make this event an amazing night of music, we need security volunteers. We are looking for 20 reliable folk to cover 4-5 hour security shifts throughout the venue to ensure the safety of the concert-goers and performers. Duties of the position includes: taking tickets and monitoring the door, providing information and directions to guests, stage and performer safety and security, and greenroom security.

Responsabilities

– venue security, ensuring access is controlled
– guest safety and well-being, ensuring attendees are safe, and respond/report if distress is observed
– stage and performer security, ensuring only authorized people are granted access to stage, greenroom, and performers on stage and backstage
