Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in groups. Reliability. Patience. Understanding of residents with cognitive and physical limitations. Respectful of people with different ancestries, backgrounds, religions, cultures, sexual orientations and abilities. Willingness to accept supervision
Follow recommendations given by the Recreation Therapists for activities considered suitable for Resident.
Report to Team Leader or designate upon arrival
Take direction from Team leader while on assignment.
Report any priority information directly to team staff
