We’re looking for dedicated and community-minded volunteers to help make this year’s Farm Fair a success! Below are the potential roles and responsibilities available — we’ll assign tasks based on interest, availability, and event needs.
Admission Gate Attendant:
Greet visitors and collect admission fees at entry points.
Parking & Traffic Crew:
Direct vehicles, manage traffic flow, and ensure accessible parking for guests and exhibitors.
Exhibitor & Vendor Registration:
Welcome and register local producers, crafters, and vendors as they arrive and guide them to their designated spaces.
People’s Choice Voting Assistant:
Hand out and collect voting forms, help guests understand how to vote, and ensure a smooth tallying process.
Set-Up & Take-Down Team:
Assist with setting up and dismantling tents, tables, chairs, signage, and displays before and after the event.
Children’s Activity Area Helper:
Supervise or help facilitate farm-themed games, crafts, and educational activities for kids.
Clean-Up & Waste Management:
Keep the fairgrounds tidy, manage recycling and compost stations, and help with final cleanup after the event.
Photography & Social Media Support:
Take photos, capture short videos
