2026 Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference (TBA)
VBY Host Site
What is VMHC?
The VMHC is a unique hybrid event designed specifically for those working in volunteer engagement. Unlike traditional conferences, the VMHC offers a dynamic setup where expert speakers are streamed live over two days, providing real-time insight into current trends, challenges, and innovations in the volunteer sector.
This national conference is produced by VMPC, Better Impact and AL!VE. The Yukon site gives local practitioners a low-friction way to access the national broadcast, connect with peers and operationalize new practices the same day.

How the Hybrid Model Works
After you register and payment is received, you will receive a unique access link and the handbook a few days before the event. On the day, you will view the live broadcast with Yukon peers, then participate in local discussion.
Coffee and light snacks will be provided throughout the day. A 50-minute lunch break is scheduled at midday, giving participants time to enjoy lunch nearby or bring their own.
Who Should Attend
Volunteer managers and coordinators, program leads, executive directors, board members and public-sector staff who support volunteers. New and experienced professionals are welcome.
Admission
VBY member: $30
Non-member: $50
Joining usually makes the member rate the most affordable option while also supporting training and sector development in Yukon. Members receive discounts on other VBY events throughout the year. If you are attending on behalf of a VBY member organization in good standing, you qualify for the member rate as well.
