This application assessment form is used by the NGOtf Allocation Committee to review and evaluate funding applications in a consistent and fair manner, in accordance with the NGOtf Guidelines and the Allocation Committee Terms of Reference.

All assessments completed through this form support funding recommendations to VBY.

Primary Yukon community or communities served.
Intake Period
Training projects must take place within the applicable project dates.
Total amount requested, up to $5,000.

Assessment Details

Eligibility Screening

The proposed training is eligible and consists of short-term training or a stand-alone workshop that has not yet occurred.
The total NGOtf funding requested by this organization in the current fiscal year does not exceed $5,000.
The applicant is a Yukon based non-profit organization registered and in good standing as a Yukon Society.
At least one quote was submitted for consultant or facilitator expenses over $1,000.

Additional Considerations

The project is delivered in partnership with another organization.
The applicant has successfully managed a previous NGOtf funded project.
The applicant or project is based outside of Whitehorse.
The applicant has received NGOtf funding in the same fiscal year or a previous intake.

9 to 10: Excellent
